Once the outdoor cooking season kicks off, it only makes sense to combine avocados and tomatoes with the smoky sweet flavors of charred sweet corn and bacon. You’ve been forewarned, this guacamole will be on heavy rotation.

Ingredients
75 cl bottle rosé wine, chilled 1 tbsp clear honey 150 ml/5 fl oz brandy (optional) 115 g/4 oz mixed summer berries, such as raspberries, blueberries and strawberries 3-4 fresh mint sprigs 600 ml/1 pint chilled sparkling water 8 ice cubes.
Instructions
1 Pour the wine into a punch bowl or large glass serving bowl. Add the honey and stir well. Add the brandy, if using. 2 Cut any large fruits into bite-sized pieces and place all the fruits and mint sprigs into the wine. 3 Leave to stand for 15 minutes then add the sparkling water and the ice cubes. Ladle the punch into glasses or punch cups ensuring each has an ice cube and a few pieces of fruit Serve with a spoon to eat the fruit, if liked.
