Once the outdoor cooking season kicks off, it only makes sense to combine avocados and tomatoes with the smoky sweet flavors of charred sweet corn and bacon. You’ve been forewarned, this guacamole will be on heavy rotation.

Ingredients
300 g/109/2 oz fresh or thawed frozen raspberries 4 tbsp orange juice 1-2 tsp clear honey, or to taste crushed ice 300 ml/10 fl oz soda water 4 scoops raspberry sorbet or frozen raspberry yogurt.
Instructions
1 Reserve a few raspberries for the decoration then put the remainder in a smoothie machine or blender. Switch on and with the motor running, add the orange juice and blend for 1 minute. 2 Add the honey to taste and blend for 20 seconds. Half-fill a tumbler with the crushed ice and top up with the soda water. Place a scoop of raspberry sorbet or frozen yogurt on top and serve decorated with the reserved raspberries.
