Seafood recipe


Seafood is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, that play many critical roles in our bodies.

Seafood helps in controlling stress and avoid depression in addition to improving moods.

It reduces the incidence of heart diseases such as heart attacks.


Ingredients

A quarter of a kilo jumbo shrimps.

Fish fillet

Crabs.

Clams.


For Seasoning

Minced basil.

Olive oil.

Minced garlic.

Paprika.

Lemon juice.

Chopped bell pepper.

2 teaspoons of onion powder.


For serving

Zucchini cut into julienne.

Carrots cut into julienne.

Salt and pepper.


White sauce for dressing

1 cup sour cream.

2 tablespoons of flour.

Chopped small, minced garlic.

Salt and white pepper

Lemon juice.

Chopped parsley.


Directions to prepare

Marinate the seafood with the above ingredients.

Roast over the grill.

Sautee carrot and zucchini with salt and pepper.

Garlic is roasted in oil then add shrimp.

Add the mixture of flour, cream, salt, and white pepper, then add lemon juice.

Serve with seafood with the sauce and vegetables.
